Both are possible. Smaller pieces are easiest dropped at the workshop, while gates, railings and fixed structures are usually seen on site. Tell us where you are and what the item is, and we will say which suits.
How quickly can you look at a job and give me a price?
We aim to reply within one working day. For straightforward repairs we can often quote from photos and measurements. Anything more involved gets a site visit first, and that visit is free.
What does a repair or fabrication usually cost?
It depends on the metal, the access and the finish you want. We give a fixed price before starting, so you know the figure. There is no charge for the quote itself, and no obligation to go ahead.
Can you match the finish on gates or railings I already have?
Often, yes. Tell us if the metal is painted, galvanised or bare, and bring a photo in daylight. We can prime, paint or leave it ready for your own finish to match the rest.
Do you guarantee your welding work?
We stand behind our workmanship on the welds and fabrication we carry out. If something we made fails in normal use, bring it back and we will put it right. We cannot cover wear, misuse or damage after fitting.
What details should I send when I get in touch?
Photos from a few angles, rough sizes, the metal type if you know it, and how you will get the item to us. If it is fixed in place, tell us about access, power and whether the area can be cleared.
